Create and maintain positive, healthy relationships with professors. Professors can be a huge help in your college career. Never be afraid to ask them questions, and help them when you can. Establishing a rapport with professors can result in higher grades and enhanced opportunities.

If you’re stuck with covering the costs of your own textbooks, opt for used books. Textbooks tend to be price, especially when you purchase them new. If you are able to find them used, you will save a lot of money.

Always know how to get a hold of the police on campus. Most schools have a special number for contacting campus police or security, and knowing the way to reach them is important. It is rare to need campus security; however, it is better to be safe than sorry.

Note Taking

Being a good notetaker is critical. Note taking helps you remember information later on. This is yet another great study tip. Even though you may know this information, note taking is a great habit to get into.

Interning is a great activity for college students. An internship gives you a chance to experience what life can be like after you graduate from college.
